The high expectations that customers place in innovative Heraeus products are passed on to our suppliers to the same extent. The quality and success of our products also depend to a large extent on the performance of our suppliers.
Certain requirements must be met for a long-term relationship with Heraeus based on partnership.

Purchasing at Heraeus is largely organized on a decentralized basis
Thus, the procurement of raw materials, production materials, capital goods and a large part of the services on national and international markets is the responsibility of the purchasing departments in the operating companies.
The requirements of our site operator in the Rhine-Main area, "Heraeus Site Operations," are also covered directly by its purchasing department.
Transport services, IT (hardware, software, services) and central services (personnel services, consulting, etc.) are procured centrally by Heraeus Business Solutions GmbH on behalf of the Operating Businesses and Heraeus Holding: procurement@heraeus.com.
